Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
To place an order on our website, please use our secure online shopping cart. At this time we do not take consumer orders over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
We are required by California law to collect sales tax on all merchandise delivered to destinations within California. Other states and jurisdictions may impose separate sales and use taxes. However, we are not required to collect taxes for any other jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking local laws to determine if they are subject to any additional sales and use taxes.
Order Acceptance and Cancellations
All orders are subject to our acceptance. Errors in arithmetic and pricing are subject to correction. In the event you do not approve a correction, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If an order is cancelled, no charge will be applied to your credit card.
Orders are at all times subject to our ability to deliver the specified merchandise. If at any time, for any reason, we determine that we are unable to deliver the purchased items, we may elect to cancel the order if we are unable to agree on acceptable substitute items or a new delivery schedule.
You are solely responsible prior to the placement of any order to determine that the colors, patterns, design, dimensions and characteristics of all items are as desired. Due to the fact that computer monitors exhibit wide color variances, we are not responsible for the color representation of any photograph viewed over the internet.
Our system is set up so orders ship as soon as possible. You may cancel the order if it has not shipped. Generally, it is recommended that you cancel the order within 24 hours. Once the order ships it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. For more information, please see our Return Policy.
We shall honor the terms of the warranty provided by the manufacturer to you for a period of one year from the date of factory shipment. We shall assist you, when possible, in making any warranty repair claims. Defects caused by abuse, negligence or damage from moving are not covered. There is no warranty on the bulbs that are included with our lamps.
We are not responsible for color and grain variations in wood, leather, stone, marble, and other natural products. Certain inconsistencies should be expected and add to the character of the merchandise. Glass, mirrors, Lucite and metal finishes may be subject to small pits or very slight discolorations. We are also not responsible for dye lot variations and cannot guarantee exact matches between similar items. We are not responsible for warranty claims denied by the manufacturer.
Refunds and Credits
All refunds and credits authorized by us will be promptly processed and issued within two weeks. In the event you are required to return merchandise, we will not

Sensuva will not refund the shipping charges for returned items nor pay for the shipping of returned items unless the items delivered were either not what you ordered or arrived damaged.
Returning Damaged, Defective Merchandise or an Item That You Didn’t Order
We understand that a product may get damaged in transit or, on occasion, there may be a manufacturer product defect. Also, on rare occasions an incorrect item may be shipped. If you receive a damaged or defective product or an item that you didn’t order, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service department at email@example.com or 877-470-7578 within 3 days of receiving your damaged, defective, or incorrect item. You will be instructed how to return it at no charge to you.
We will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional charge.
Returning Items That Are Not Damaged or Defective
If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-470-7578 within 21 days of receiving your item. You will be instructed how to return the item.
The item that you wish to return must have it’s labels still attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was improperly filled.
Pack and seal the item you wish to return securely. Packages must be returned postage paid. We will not accept COD deliveries.
Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service department.
